4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@reformaskin.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of delivery, contact us at hello@reformaskin.com.au and we will arrange a full refund of the product purchase price.

Our refund policy is in addition to, and does not exclude, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We may ask you to return the product before processing your refund.
